Ok, up to now my players weren't interested in combat, but we got a new player who is going to be the muscle of the group for those chances in which such a thing is needed. And he came up with a couple questions for which there is no content in the book, but should/may be possible to include in the game. Yet, before saying yes to him, I thought I'd ask you all what you think about it, and then decide.
First, the game offers the chance of having a laser gun implanted in your arm. My player, though, would like to have a one-shot squirt one. Would it be possible physically (I imagine a squirt gun is bigger)? Too overpowered?
Second, there is no option for covering your gun with a chamaleon cover, thus making it invisible. So if you are invisible in any way you are, your guns will be visible (unless they are under the cloak). He'd like to modify his weapon for it, should I allow it? I feel it can be terribly powerful, but can't actually come up with a reason for this to be impossible.
Finally, the grip pads implant requieres knees, foot, etc to be uncovered in order to be used. So he would like to make a modification to his armor akin to the gecko gloves so that his armor would have gecko gloves/boots/knee pads... and so be able to use it fully and without penalizers. Sounds reasonable to me, but maybe the extra weight of the full heavy combat armor is too much for what a gecko glove can hold. What do you think?
Thanks in advance, guys.:)
