Today's Schlock Mercenary nerded out about how to destroy tech:

Given tech in EP, EMP is less important as wrecking optoelectronics - which presumably is best done by a short-range explosion or lots of micro-flechettes.
In my unconventional weapons writeup I suggested that HERF beamers might be useful against some equipment: while the electronics doesn't go, there are enough actuators and sensors that it can be disabled. Electron beams might also be good for ruining tech - free electrons are *not* what you want embedded in your optical fibres, they ramp up absorbance a lot (true: glass and diamond turn brown when you subject them to enough). And likely particle beams can do this too, although they were designed for different targets.
What are the other good tools for wrecking different kinds of technology - mesh, morphs, TITAN drones? And what are their interesting limitations and complications?
