I'm re-reading Panopiticon and I love all the ins and outs of suveillance and ways of not getting caught. My problem arises though in game as I don't want to put it in the background or gloss over it, but nor do I want to spend a whole session in planning and/or execution with it as the primary focus - mainly as there are many other aspects of the game I want to explore and I feel it might get a bit bogged down.
The game hasn't yet started but I envisage that my players will have some speciality in counter survelliance between them so I am really asking if anyone has suggestions to include the ins and outs of this aspect of Eclipse Phase without it becoming a major focus/ignored on a dice roll or two.
