What are good morphs for a bounty or ego hunter type character? This is for a back-up character for our campaign and just for me to play around character concepts as well.

Re: Which morph for this concept?
Remade is the best for everything, of course. :) The only contender is the Steel+. If those concepts have Psi, then it's an easy choice.
Hehe, anyway: can you give more details? Are you concerned about physically blending in (so you'll need something less conspicuous)? To what extent is combat a factor in your game?

Re: Which morph for this concept?
Well physically blending in part is not that concern at the moment, Combat miminal right now, just did our fist combat of the campaign. :)
Im looking to a martial artist combat with the hunter for unarmed, blades, clubs and thrown weapons.

You can't really go wrong with a Fury for a close-combat specialist.

Not an option that leaps to mind, but octomorphs can make surprisingly good choices depending on the mods and traits that you take if you want to do an up-close specialist. I'm partial to infomorphs if you're doing pure ego-hunting - their potential for mobility and benefits in dealing with systems can make them extremely effective if you're going for pure egos.

Info-morph, its a much better walk-in, as it can be anywhere it gets access. Hunting through the net than from meatspace. If it needs to be in a physical form, well its probably the catch of the day, or the next sentry bot (if it can be disabled in a accessible state)

Re: Which morph for this concept?
If you want to make an all-around character with 1000 CP on start, the Olympian tends to be one of the best choices of a biomorph: discreet, high-perfomance, and easier to get than a Remade (which are, by the way, much more restricted in terms of character creation choices). Of course, an infomorph AGI with 40 in COG and 90 in infosec can pretty much hack into a body that just is near the target, bag the poor bastard, and then release the hacked body (or even pay de fines for "property theft" if the reward is good enough).
Anyway, I'd go with an Olimpian. It's a supporting character, after all, and it's the players role to discover the good parts of a game, and the GM to use those tricks against the players (not to help them with a "GM-player character" that can easily steal the stage from the player characters).
