The Amazon listings are still incorrect so I'm not sure that if you order through them you'll get either the book or the book at the price listed. They still have it as coming from Catalyst and being a paperback despite it being neither of these things and us trying to get this fixed several times. Honestly your best bet for getting the books is to go through an online rpg seller who does international shipping.
