What does Avail mean?
In the morph list section within the Making Characters PDF the morphs have a Stat called Avail. Anybody know what this means? Can't seem to find a reference to it in the doc.

Availability. It's the difficulty you roll against to see if the morph is available if the ST wants to leave it to chance, IIRC?
