Hi thre, just some questions that i've come up with whilst making a character in a Reaper. It's probably just things i've missed, buuuut ...
Firstly, weapon mounts. Do Weapon mounts suffer from off-hand penalties and require buyings of ambidexterity to be fully useful? Plus, how large can the weapons I fit into a weapon mount be? Do two-handed weapons fit fine or would I have to suffer the penalty for firing a two-handed weapon with one hand?
Further, the book mentions that you can fire multiple weapons at a single target all at once but each attack is handled seperately (complete with appropriate off-hand penalties). However, do they all go in the same part of your action phase or are you going to have to spend multiple phases firing all of this off? (I'm assuming the former, but checking anyway.)
Also, if I have multiple weapons but I make an Aim action, does the Aim bonus apply to all of the weapons I fire in this barrage or only the first to fire?

Re: Weapon Mounts and Multiple Weapons
Yes they do. The big advantage to weapon mounts is that you can mount a weapon on it and use it with a single mount, even if it is a two-handed or larger weapon. You may attach any personal weapon to a mount, so no ship weapons. Otherwise, anything in the book is legal, so far as I can tell.
You may fire any weapons you are holding in a single attack action. Unless you have Ambidexterity, every weapon other than the first one you roll gets a cumulative off-hand penalty (so if you have four arms, the second attack gets a -20, third a -40 and fourth a -60). Each application of Ambidexterity pushes the penalty back one step (so with Ambidexterity 2, you get your first -20 during the fourth attack roll). Aim actions only count for a single attack, so you must divide your aim bonuses between your weapons (you get to choose which weapon you are aiming with in any given aim action).

Re: Weapon Mounts and Multiple Weapons
Hrm. Had my first session of EP (woo!) yesterday, but had another little question come up regarding ambidexterity (which I bought as a result of your reply) from one of our players; does ambidexterity have to be 'applied' to a particular limb? As in, I have to declare that a particular limb doesn't suffer off-hand penalties, rather than it just being a free-floating bonus to your off-hand penalties?
And, one that's less related, but I figure I shouldn't start a whole new thread for: Neurachem! It is activatable. How long does it take to activate in terms of actions and how long does it last? The 'how long does it last' seems particular important given that Level 2 gives you a negative modifier once it wears off.

Re: Weapon Mounts and Multiple Weapons
For the purposes of mechanics, no. Essentially the penalty will only come up when doing multiple tasks each using individual hands, like dual-wielding weapons. From there, simply apply the penalty cumulatively to every task after the first... the first gun you choose to fire with gets no penalty, the second gets -10, the third gets -20, and so on. It works just fine doing so that way. I suppose you can choose your hands, but I find this to be more fluid and less confusing (no "wait, which hand are you doing this with again?"). As for neurachem, you are right that it is never explicitly said. I think of it as something akin to adrenaline, so it will wear off when your body is no longer trying to push yourself (so the first rest you give yourself), or a maximum of ½ hour (for level 2). Level 1 can pump constantly into your bloodstream and you will never feel ill effects from it.
