How would you advise running

How would you advise running a character infected with the Wampir strain of the exsurgent virus in the same group as someone infected with the Warwulf strain? Should we just make sure to have an emotionally distant female character who does little but stare off into space? I think we need mechanical support to help us along here. I would really appreciate your input.

Ok, I'll play along. Are these vampires going to be forming covenants like the Camarilla and Sabbat, or are they going to form more sand box organizations like those found in Vampire the Requiem? Is there going to be a perpetual Jyhad? Will these vampires be forming religions and special kinds of sorcery (read very unique async powers)? Will be there those who will be trying to over come their vampire weaknesses and seek transcendence?

So how long does it take for the infected character to transform to and from the swarmoid form or the wolf form?
