The Tural (scum)
Short description Outsiders accurate impression of them would be a odd bunch of old coots thats into junk hoarding. When immersing into their "passion" Most of them scavenge debris field, do odd jobs for ship maintenance or provide machine parts. The Tural "home" is a jumbled mess. Its a oddly shaped ball structural of concrete plastic strapped solid to three old tug ships. Most of it is also turquoise spray painted And illuminated with sporadic phosphorous tubes & various hazard warning beacons. General Tural though once Pre-fall Argonauts are now settled into their exile existence as scavenging scum. Most are still prone to paranoia & seclusion, convinced it was greedy corporations that destroyed & sabotaged their old life & not Titans. Not that they belittle the impact of Titans. Due to trauma and unfulfilled creators artisic itch, many spend their personal time redecorating their homes now as collectors & hoarders. What they collect & immerse themselves in; is easy to determine, basically they are divided into three camps: Wet, Structure & Flourensants. (more about that below) The majority must live off something so they scavenge debris sites out of necessity (when not for their passion) do odd jobs & servicing ships. A few individuals have managed to reclaim some reputation amongst interior design intellectuals. creating artistic sollutions for a hypercorp lounge. But as a whole, its only when looking for antique machine parts or emergency repair that its recommended to seek them out otherwise its recommend in many circles that they are to be avoided. When not onto a lead for the next promising debris fields they "park" onto a random asteroid. they rarely stays long at one spot. Some can be classified as "still normal" & somewhat quirky hoarder of random junk, they might still make a comeback. but a majority of them should be considered hazardous & in need of serious therapy. Wet Enjoys submersed into fluids, liquids & scents and mainly collect with that interest. Many of them reek horribly. Structure Enjoys building physical objects and walls, a passion that has turned section into a multiple surreal labyrinth. Sand & other exotic "textures", inanimate material and noteworthy surfaces are frequent. currently they are in favour of plastic concrete as the main building material. Fluorescent Passionate about light sources & Lighting technology , Their sections are bizarrely & zealously illuminated. quarters often filled with smoke and mists to "increase" illumination experience. One of them is pyromaniac. They choose the colour turquoise. The ball Structure is outer-coating of the tug ships payload. And is efficiently securing Gathered space-rocks & debris Several space modules Two sewage/recycling module plants (if to connected ships) one of them is practically non-operational and is instead used as a extra living quarters. They are skilled and have surplus of habitation machine parts & could accommodate a larger population should they choose so. History Originally many of the groups members was construction employers tasked with modules and machinery for larger spaceships and habitats and had a respected standing in society. The Fall changed everything for them.;At the time "Tural Bunchuk" was in transit busy building a bundle of modules & heading for a asteroid belt outpost. When their employer & its many holdings was vaporised, they declared their obligations null and void, and escaped into obscurity & scavenging, many still longing for grandiose projects for interior designers and building consultants. Active resident population (Forked 17 originals and otherwise) The community consist of the the old originals + their diverged forks (forming real mini-clans of Me, Myself & I) & new people that have join into the community as apprentices. 7 old coots (60-70 ish). 14 biosleeves 28 synthsleeves
