Transhuman Package Creation QUestion

Hi All, I just wanted to get a bit of clarification about the "combine everything," step of package character creation. You only get CP back for skill points over 80, is that correct? I know you *reduce* skills above 60, but I'm not sure if you get the 2 CP/point back for those reductions.

You do not get CP back for

You do not get CP back for skills between 60 and 80, that reduction is because skills cost twice as much to advance past 60, and normally may not start higher than 80 (the Expert trait changes this).
