Transhuman Chargen?
I can see from twitter two things: one, that the resources are going to be updated soon on this site and two, that Snow Dog Labs is still in the testing phases of Singularity. Given that: does anyone know of any resources before Singularity coming out (form-fillable pdfs, excel character sheets, etc) that allow Transhuman character generation methods?

I don't know of any other than Singularity--those systems are relatively involved, of course. ;-) Singularity note: it is currently in the midst of the beta test (open to Kickstarter backers that preordered it). Once that has been wrapped up, we'll be able to proceed towards public release. Keep an eye out!

I am chompin' at the bit, as I didn't know about EP until Transhuman was already released so didn't have a chance to kickstart early access. :( As soon as I see the news here or elsewhere that Singularity is ready for the public, I will be diverting funds for purchase!

Welcome to Eclipse Phase, then! We should have some Singularity news for you in the relatively near future. In the meanwhile (if you haven't found it already) Kindalas has a fantastic sheet that covers everything through Rimward, at the minimum. There's a thread talking about it here:
