Heh. Funny, this isn't far off from the premise my game started with. My game started with Violet Perdido having missed the call to action - no "I can't make it, under too much scrutiny," reply, nothing. Attempts to contact her failed universally, and the group was assembled by Jake Carter (of Mars!) of mostly rookies with a few more experienced personnel in the mix to find out what in all flaming tarnation happened.
