Using Psi makes strain. Ok.
It says if the strain is higher than your WT you suffer a wound. OK
What if the strain is not as high as your WT? Does it accumulate. If so, where, and what's it measured against?
It appears to be different from Stress.

Strain is a term referring to the person stressing their body when they act. They take physical (and/or mental) damage each time they use a sleight. Page 223 of the core rulebook has the full rules.
Basically, strain is just regular physical damage.
