Sperm Whales have a tribal culture and learn from each other
Found this interesting article on wired. http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2011/11/sperm-whales/ The link to Native American tribes Pre-Colonization is pretty intriguing.

This provides very interesting ideas for Surya population, or Europe and Ceres Neo-cetacean uplifted populations. would be fascinating to decipher those dialects, but we might be surprised (if not scare or horrified) with what we would discover. I believe a similar study was made about elephants, a while ago (and no, I'm NOT talking about last Friday's Thundercats episode!)
