It's not strictly transhumanism, but I thought the EP forum-goers might be interested in this game I've read about. It's called Kerbal Space Program and it's about designing rockets and seeing if they launch or dramatically explode. It's currently in open alpha and is free. It's being actively developed and they're adding new parts and other things, eventually they plan for you to run a space program from the ground up!
