Anyone know of an EP2 specific solar system map/tool with known hab/stations, satellites, and etc.?

There are basic maps in some
There are basic maps in some of the 1e products. Download them (for free) and see if they meet your needs. Most of them only have the major habs listed, with smaller ones left to GMs to place as needed.
What I'm not aware of is a detailed map showing the neighborhoods of Jupiter or Saturn in EP. Both of these are filled with habs. The Jovians almost entirely controlled Jupiter's space (with the exception of Europa) but not its Greeks & Trojans. Saturn on the other hand contains a great many polities, and while the Titanian Commonwealth is the big dog of Saturn, it certainly doesn't have a monopoly there beyond its namesake moon.
