When sleeving into a new morph it can sometimes take a day (or two... or maybe even three) to fully integrate with it. Until then, there is a -10 penalty to all actions. This is a minor penalty, but it impacts everything, so everyone is interested in minimizing it. So...
Can a simulspace with time distortion be used to accelerate this process? IOW, sleeve and then enter the simulspace "morph simulator" and run through everything you would do in the morph for a day or more (but only an hour or so of real time).
I ask because Broken Angels (the sequel to Altered Carbon, a major inspiration for EP's sleeving process) has soldiers doing this to break in their mission-specific morphs in minutes rather than days.

It sounds like it should work, but I don't think there are any rules that back this up though.
The only barrier I can think of is there are some claims that synthmorphs and infomorphs don't feel as good as biomorphs. Like there is something transhumanity can't yet mimic properly.

You know what? I have a problem. How does time distortion work on VR when you are sleeved in a physical morph? I can understand infomorphs getting speed up or slowed down on a server, but how does an organic brain speed up? More so if you are connecting via mesh inserts instead of some special VR chair?

I'm not entirely sure, but it might be possible to fool the biological brain into thinking time is moving faster or slower than in reality. I have no doubt it can be done with a morph run by a cyberbrain.

loved Broken Angels.
So in Broken Angels I think the way they worked around the issue was that the morph they were sleeved into were all standardized. Thus you could make a virtual simulation of them. Also if memory correct they were running combat scenarios to also learn to work together over the coarse of a simulated few weeks.
I say talk to your GM about it. Maybe he can house rule something.

I am the GM, and I think the simple house rule might be to just have the simulation grant a +10 to +30 bonus on the Integration test. But this is tricky because:
In Broken Angels, they are infomorphs running through the simulation before they are sleeved into their radiation-resistant morphs. In EP, this would not quite work as they would have to integrate to their infomorph status (along with resleeving stress) and then do it all again moving into the morphs.
This is a little weird in terms of timing, so maybe have an app available to run once you are in new morph that simply halves the duration of the poor Integration penalty (so 1 to 3 days becomes 12-36 hours), but then everyone would potentially want "Morph Clippy" in their head, especially for exotic morphology models.
Still working on this.

Glad your GMing, ultimately
Glad your GMing, ultimately your the boss in how thing work. Here is are a few suggestions to use maybe
The players must have a home-brewed positive quality that grant them a military grade training to re-sleeveing, it could halve the time to integration.
The Morph Clippy app could speed up integration but added to the stress of the task, so it has to be ran in conjunctions with a few other apps,
Physio-Sable 6.5601 an app: it technically reduces stress but there's a chance of a cumulative effect of gaining physiological quarks, like an unhealthy sex drive, an eating disorder, a compulsion to be doing something with their hands (smoking knitting, etc.) until you re-sleeve at a normal rate.
Have some military grade drugs, hard to get, that is also used to speed the process up. only it can be habit forming.
Having custom morphs with custom software and a muse that is also custom. all designed pre-fall to make integration faster, and all of them are combat morphs with dangerously tweaked bio systems that will totally destroy itself without the muse and software.
Using all of those can turn a 1-3 day integration in to a 3 -7 hr. add in the fact that the people that normal sleeve into this are familiar with them all the extra stuff just helps negate other issues.
A well trained and prepared Envoy (soldier or Marine doesn't work quite right) could drop into a sleeve and be combat ready after a hot shower a warm meal an light workout.
Of course I don't know what your running use what you like. So cant wait for my physical copy of EP2.

I think that the easy answer
I think that the easy answer will be to use the sim as fluff to justify using 1 day for downtime allowing the spending of 1 RP (previously earned or spent in advance from future gains as described on p. 238) on Morph Familiarity in the morph that's about to be used for the mission.

That is the easier answer,
That is the easier answer, and perferable to be honest. But we all have different group...
