So the set up, is that the character was a major asset during the fall.
When the Titans left or about to leave, she did a job that got [edit: her a golden parachute or the closet thing to it]. She been living on Mars making artisan plates, and other Etsy stuff.
And its been ten years. Making stuff, selling it. Until she gets an email that should have gone to their spam filter. And that reactivates her. And then she goes on a actiony adventure.
So basically Firewall and Ozma are after her. They both want her.
I dont have to much beyond that. I know that I want her to get more of the character sheet known to her, every time she get a Trauma, physical or mental.
I know that her current Muse wasn't with her originally. I want her to recover her actual muse thats been stashed inside a cache inside the TMZ.
So I was just poking my head in for content. Like how would Firewall and Ozma court her? I want her to be chased, and have to do actiony scenes.
And the reason why Ozma and Firewall our after her is because she a very skilled and experience agent. Something like an American Ultra or Jason Borne.

Can you provide some more information about why Firewall and Ozma are interested in this character? What kind of asset was this character? Is she wanted cooperative, or just alive, or would dead be fine?

So, basically both sides are interested in her because she's an awesome field agent? Okay, cool.
My knee jerk reaction is that Project Ozma would try and set her up. Get her in trouble with the authorities, get her framed for some things, and then offer to sweep in and save her. Hold that blackmail as a lever, and then try and reward her when she does well to win her loyalty, all the while holding the trump card of the blackmail.
Again, my kneejerk reaction is that Firewall would leave a trail of breadcrumbs. Give her mysteries to investigate to bring her into contact with existential threats, and prove to her just how vital their mission is. Then, once she proves her commitment to the survival of transhumanity, try and bring her in.
She probably worked for a major world power before the Fall, so you've got room to make this anyone you want. They could theoretically be a part of Firewall or Ozma, but they could also be someone trying to build their own black ops agency. Potentially working for Direct Action? Maybe an Ultimate, trying to recruit the best of the best from the pre-Fall people?

I want the conflict to be just between Ozma and Firewall. I dont want to lean her one way or the other. Thank you for very much for their differing tactics. Blackmail does feel more Ozma-ey then Firewall.
And the solo will end, when she dies, or picks a side.
