So let's say we have a hacker sleeved in a Savant morph with a hardware version Mind amp augmentation. The hacker wants to do some hacking (slow intrusion). This is a mesh action, so the hacker would benefit from the Digital Speed trait and thus decides to resleeve as an infomorph (Agent version) in the Savant-morphs cyberbrain. Does the hacker need to make an integration test and a resleeving stress test? What pools are available to the hacker? I guess they can use the Agents pools but not the Savant's pools. Can they use the insight points from the hardware Mind amp?

Resleeving as infomorph in a cyberbrain

I don't remember all the
I don't remember all the rules clearly right now, but I'll try to find them.
I'm pretty sure you can't use a cyberbrain to run an infomorph. You have to sleeve the morph or not at all.
Fortunately you can run as an infomorph in your mesh inserts. Your muse is probably running on them, so you will have to kick them out to make room for you. Unless you have a ghost rider module or something like it, you will have to turn off your muse. You'd be occupying both devices for a turn as it takes a turn to copy an ego. Then you can move your muse to the cyberbrain and turn it on. Since a Savant has a puppet sock, you could take control over your morph at any time while being an infomorph (though you will suffer penalties).
The normal jamming penalties are -10 mod to all actions. You will also need to make another integration test or suffer another -10 mod to all actions. Traits and gear can negate these penalties. See Drone Affinity (p. 73) and Drone Rig (p. 320).
You will need to make an integration and stress test if you switch to an infomorph. I think you will need to make another integration and stress test if you try to switch back, even if you were an infomorph for only a minute. If you don't like that, then I recommend a house rule that allows one morph to be exempted from these tests so long as you were sleeved in it in the last 24 hours.
While an infomorph, the only pools you should have access to is what your infomorph has.
