There's a curious entry (among many) in the EP core book in the sidebar on custom morphs. On the subject of new and different traits there is mention of "...mystery traits purchased at great expense from the Factors or extracted from a lost TITAN lab."

TITANs aside, what are these expensive traits that the Factors are offering? Are they offering alien biological material, perhaps traits that can be spliced into a modified morph or pod (or even foundation material for alien morphs) or human-based traits that have been tinkered with via Factor science? Either one offeres a number of interesting/disturbing possibilities...
