Pretty much what the title says, does anyone know of any? I like the official ones and Trechriron's sheet is very nice, however all that red just kills my color cartridge. So has anyone made one? Or took one and flipped it to black sans the background?

I'd venture that all (99%) printers have greyscale, black and white, and 'economy/draft' modes, that you can set at the time of printing. :)

Mine has greyscale, if it has the other two I have yet to find it. Printing in greyscale however does dull the color and make it harder to read.
