Open sources ?
Hello. I know this may be perceived as one quite arrogant wish, but I wondered if it would be possible to release Eclipse Phase's editable sources instead of just the PDF under CC ? I think it is really great that such a professional work gets to be shared with the community and relies on it to be improved, but I doubt that it will be easy to do based only on the PDF document. Having all the texts, layout, illustrations as separate files or as easily editable files would really be awesome.

I wouldn't say "arrogant," but honestly, that's asking a lot at the moment. We've got our hands full compiling errata from Core, getting the next few books out, and doing fan support via this forum and other channels. There are a lot of tools out there that will help you extract elements from a PDF. Make with the clicky-clicky! ;)

We have discussed putting out the text and illustrations as separate packages, but it's a bit low on our priority scale at the moment (deadlines, natch). Eventually we'll get to it, if someone doesn't pull the text and make it available first.
