NPC Index Card
I was trying to nanofabricate up a index card (3in*5in) for use as a quick reference to "generic grunt npcs or monsters-of-little-or-insignificant-value." Given how small such a card is i'm trying to best determine what absolutely must be on it, like aptitudes for example, and just about everything else could be written as notes on the back (ruler lines on one side and blank on the other, so I intend to print onto the back) I just use openoffice to make it so it would be something rather simple. honestly for mooks you do not
honestly for mooks you do not even really need full stat lines just a few liens of arbitrary bonuses to certain rolls which will save you a lot of real estate

My strangeness
Whenever I try to design a "generic" NPC minion, they somehow transmogrify into a unique guy. I can't help but give them Knowledge skills, in case the players ask, and they WILL care what implants they got.

For NPCs
For NPCs I write down everything I need to know for combat. So DUR, DR, WT, SOM, FRAY then the various attacks and associated skills Some brief notes, on when they'd run or surrender and what causes Trauma thresholds for them. And specific info on what the PCs can learn when they rip out their stacks and torture their forks. Also remember when using cue cards, adding details to the back side as you use them helps. Kindalas
