I'm creating a character whose background involves breaking into Jovian facilities. Primary skills like Infiltration and Infosec aren't a problem, the tricky part's the secondary skills.
• What would be ideal Knowledge Skills?
• What would be good Complementary Skills?
• What would I need for a character who can break into facilities by herself?

Max out ecoWave reputation and networking skills. My players enjoy chameleon skills a lot during infiltration, as well. Also have a bag in chameleon skin if you want to hide stuff. Nano scouts can probably be handy as well.

For knowledge you should probably get the Language:[spoken by the jovians]. Sure, your muse could translate but their may be times you need to turn off all implants for silent runnning or simply to blend in.
You might want Academics: [any skill you rely on] just so your character can say 'I've never done that but I've heard about it.'
A cover Profession: [common but useful] can also help blending in with the masses. after all, no-one suspects the laundry lady:)
and Interest: [ways to piss off the jovians] can help him figure out his next target.
can't think of much of a use for Art other than Art:[drawing on the faces of sleeping guards]
