Updated PDF Template

I did not like the fact that the default PDF template forced the skills to span multiple pages, so I went in and fixed the HTML/CSS used to render the PDF. Just rename the attached EP_TEMPLATE.txt to EP_TEMPLATE.html and put put it in the Singularity folder
