Neotenic Bruisers?
I have heard someone say that you can get neotenic morph variations by applying Reduced Size and Social Stigma (Neotenic). They would probably not have the genetic programming for increased INT, COO, and REF like normal neotenics but these childlike non‑neotenics would still have tricks up their sleeves (pun not intended). What do you think? Do you think you can apply Reduced Size and Social Stigma (Neotenic) for childlike...

  • ghosts
  • masked steel synths
  • Oh god pleasure pods
And are there any applications or complications you would like to point out?

Seems like the main upshot would be in being underestimated a lot.

Fun build: combat synthmorph
Fun build: combat synthmorph of small size and masking to look like a neotenic. For even more fun, make it from cases without the Lemon trait (more expensive) and a self-destruct system (veeeery big booom) and some eelware, mass produce, install combat AI, send hordes of cute and adorable children to melee the enemy to death and blow up if they cannot. "Hug me!!!!!" Translated to: some sort of extra limitations on what you can implant depending on the chassis' size XD

Mechanically i would say
Mechanically i would say Reduced size would have to be taken at least twice, and would need to have reduced attribute maximums for the morph Since it would be a modification of a morph design not normally meant for those dimensions

I was thinking more along the lines of the Land Mines from Ghost in the Shell: Arise... the episodes where Kusanagi "recruits" batou, I think.
