I assume it might have been some mild sarcasm regarding feasibility of the proposal, and I further guess the author of the article is not the same personal who wrote the heading.

If the Bezos' project or BFR would take off and offer what they promise then the city in the Clouds does not seem far fetched before let's say 2080. What do you think?
