More neural damage

I love the bizarre horror that neural damage can evoke. Io9 had a nice list of a few more conditions that might be worth using (although I have a hard time seeing Broca's aphasia as incredibly strange): http://io9.com/5874229/10-incredibly-strange-brain-disorders I did an extensive list earlier, http://www.aleph.se/EclipsePhase/More%20neurological%20damage.pdf but a few of these were missing. Any other forms of neural damage to enrich gameplay?
