MISSING//:EXSURGENT MUSE
The thought occurred to me the other day, what happens to the Muse of an infected PC (or NPC for that matter)? I imagine it is sorta 1 of 3 things:

The Muse becomes infected and only helps fuel the malicious nature of the host's new mind

The Muse is unaffected and is trapped in it's host, possibly trying to hide in the corners of the inserts for safety

The Muse simply is gone, either deleting itself as a safety precaution or by the newly infected host for whatever reasons it might've chosen (paranoia, glee, anti-socialism)

Well, there are two or three
Well, there are two or three instances for muses being infected with their masters. - In Glory, the muse of one of the "final disc" NPC's is as infected and crazy as her master. - In Continuity, the "muse" in charge of the ship the PC's are sleeved into is suffering from exurgent infection too. Also, if you go to the rules section about Muses in the core book and in Transhuman (I mention that one because I'm re-reading it, and it is mentioned in the Infomorph section), it is mentioned that the Muses are treated as an infomorph while bodyless (nothing prevents you from sleeving a Muse, and it can be useful to fork her into a drone or use her to remote control one or two). So a Muse in her master's basic implants/ectos/ghostrider/etc... is treated like a normal ego, meaning that it will be infected with her master. With more ease than a proper ego, in fact, since even in the instance she pass all the tests while her master not, she will loyaly remain loaded there (unless instructed otherwise by her master, and in a way he cannot counter-command it) thus giving time for the virus to keep trying.

Hmm...
I didn't notice those before, gonna have to reread those 2 modules and the Muse sections again.

Yeah I guess you are referring to the AGI, Hans and I guess there isn't a terrible degree of difference from a Muse and a AGI, huh?

Yeah, I didn't remember that right XD. Essentially, a muse is like a Beta fork of an AGI with predefined stats, so yeah (and remember some people use a beta fork of themselves. Personally, I would have both: a beta fork of myself for teamwork and drone control, and the muse for a secretary XD).
