A new printing of the core book will give backstock titles a boost for a month or two, as stores re-order the core book they tend to fill in any holes in their supplement stock. But, we tend not to let our titles stay unavailable for more than a couple months, unless we have no plans to reprint them. So there usually isn't a huge amount of pent-up demand for the reprinted title, which is why reprints need to be managed carefully: big cash outlay, slow returns.
