Layers of Ganymede

An interesting article with a really wonderful metaphor about what might be beneath the surface of Ganymede http://space.io9.com/the-layers-of-ganymede-1571380179 I imagine this would apply to any of the larger icy moons or dwarf planets as well.

Heh. When I read that article, I was thinking more along the lines of "ooh. Layer cake". But the shoutout to Dagwood is awesome. I have to wonder the same about the other big icy moons; Titan and Callisto jump to mind.

Fish moons plz

Very interesting! How many potentially life-producing moons are we talking about now, anyway? I can't wait for when we actually start landing and drilling on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn. I hope I live long enough to see pictures from the oceans of Europa and Enceladus.
