Hello all,
just wanted to know if there are currently any rules set up for large-scale Eclipse Phase campaigns or even just in a sci-fi setting. What I mean is, the players are in-charge of an entire habitat or similar, must manage the resources, diplomatic relations and so on.
My players are wanting to start up a gang of pirates but how much would it cost for say building morphs in the hundreds? Building a new habitat? Building a power station? Building nuclear or antimatter weapons? Spaceships? and anything else a group of renegades might need to start up their own little criminal empire.
Other things would be some rules for large scale conflicts, eg 50 Reaver morphs versus 100 Splicers.
Are there any current rulesets for running something like this?
Anyway, any information will be much appreciated ^_^

I don't believe that there
I don't believe that there are any rules to cover what you are looking for. We've only got hints as to what the costs might be for some kinds of habitats. Look on (Panopticon, p. 174). It lists that a habitat cyberbrain cost 100k credits (minimum), and that a more advanced model called the Cylinder Neural Stratum is found in the outer systems were priced at 500k credits (minimum).
