I really think that at the point of the singularity, programming languages as we know them today would cease to exist. I would imagine that natural languages would take their place. The goal of programming languages and the development of future programming languages is to have computers get as close to natural languages as possible. The second the first AGI was "born", was the point that programming languages became obsolete and computers could now understand natural language (in some cases better then the humans that taught the AGI). There may still exist some scripting formats (more like a todo list or checklist) that a program will follow in order to make sure everything is done correctly, but these are not programming languages (as much as an essay isn't a programming language).
