Hello, I dont understand how to reach your insanity rating and the perma death of your ego (mental collapse). When you reach to your max lucidity because of stress the book says you fall in a coma or something similiar. If you are mentally disabled, how to keep suffering stress to get to that LUCx2 and lose your ego?

Theoretically, if you have a low WIL and existing san damage, there are some SV situations which could dump you past LUC to IR. It's like 3d10 for being severely tortured, for instance.

When you reach your LUC rating, don't you lose your ability to act, but not your ability to sense, and thus you can still witness and thus endure additional SV?
