Ha ha! made you think it. Actually I'm getting a hardcover version of EPs rulebook. I already have and paid for the pdf, now I'm getting the rulebook, I found a dealer who trades game books and he was willing to trade me a new copy of EP for my two CT books, the main book and vade mecum. Ep has a better system and I like the setting. Plus I can actually see the EP forums.

Oh, I get hard for eclipse phase... I thought this would be another discussion of fappery, but fair enough. I was lucky enough to get a first volley of it off of the first printing for fairly cheap at Amazon, even if they did take an extra week just to make me sad. On a sadder note, the rest of our group is still waiting on their books to arrive (they had the books preordered) because they made the idealistic choice to support the local gaming store instead of the reasonable online purchasing choice.

Well, thank god some people still support gamestores. It'd be a sadder world if there were no more gaming stores for gamers to meet at.

I couldn't agree more, but ones that have repeatedly let their customer base down, lost orders, and behaved in a manic way toward hosting games should be replaced. I should have been more informative in my post as I prefer to support local gaming stores too, but it is an industry like any other, and if community is not well endorsed at the store as well as reasonable prices for old books, then the store should be replaced.
