format problem on p80
the out'sters sidebar seems to have a problem with its formatting. the title is printed twice, and the second time it is overlapping the text.

Whoops. Looks like that's only in the most recent PDF. The text you're missing there is "Linked only by their" Thanks for pointing it out; we'll get it fixed in the next revision. That duplicated header should be hidden; it's there to help generate the Table of Contents.
