The faction bars could use searchable text labels.

Just a thought, but the faction bars are images. It might be nice if they were labeled with plain-text that could be ctrl-f sought after, rather than having to scroll down the entire list to find what you want.

The bars are usually a good indicator of that poster's stances or interests. So simplifying the method of searching for those who use them would be useful to many of us. Alternatively, perhaps instead of making them searchable through ctrl-f, there could be a system programmed where you select a bar and then all the users who have it are displayed?

I don't see how that's actually an alternative at all, SA. I was asking for them to be searchable in the menu in which you choose them. That's kind of like me saying "I'm hungry, I want a pizza," and someone else saying "instead of having a pizza, how about I give you an app for your phone so you can see what other kind of people are having a type of pizza you're considering."

I'm not technically savvy, so the system I suggested may be more complicated than what you're thinking. In my mind, if I was able to pick my "religion" or "prometheans" bar and be given a menu of all the users who also have it, I would find that useful. But maybe that is infeasible. Either way, I agree with you that some kind of faction and meme bar search would be a good addition.

The code to do that is actualyl fairly complex. The search for user less so - but has some privacy concerns as well as old-accounts-no-longer-active usefulness ones. So I think for now we're going to be kicking both of these ideas down the line. Sorry guys!
