I've started work on simplifying EP rules geared towards facilitating PBP gaming so I hope this garners enough interest, moreso than my other project for Ops and Tactics Combat Rules Hack, lol. I haven't completed work on Backgrounds and Factions, or on Wealth and Reputation, but I think the idea is simple enough to employ.
