If I have a morph with Hardened Skeleton (+10 SOM checks), Muscle Augmentation (+10 SOM checks), and a Cyberlimb Plus (+5 SOM check), would the +25 to SOM checks make it easier to Integrate into that morph?
I know that the morph's pools cannot be used on Integration, but this isn't about the pools.

I don't think so. Those
I don't think so. Those things are things that the ego has to get used to, not things that help you to adjust to changes. Its possible to be big, strong, and clumsy.
It explicitly mentions Exotic Morphology trait. No mention of SOM bonuses from wares or traits. I'm inclined to think that they do not apply.
I might make a house rule that the fitness trait only applies to integration tests if its your ego's trait, not a morph trait.

Oh the Ego version of the trait definitely applies (Fitness for Integration; Resolve for Stress test). But I agree the Morph traits should not (only Exotic Morphology, which is specifically stated)

I agree that having ware bonuses apply to Integration checks or Resleeving Stress checks doesn't feel right.
OTOH, I do feel that traits--whether from ego or morph--should apply to these checks. This means that a morph with levels in the Fitness trait aids the user's integration and a morph with levels in the Resolve trait aids in dealing with the stress of resleeving. In a similar manner, flawed morphs with Feebleness are harder to integrate with just as those with Timidity impair dealing with resleeving stress.

I depends...
I guess it depends if we consider that when making the check to see if we are melding well into a new morph, we are already technically *inside* that morph yet or not.
I took the process as being like an Infomorph attempting an action (which is consistent with the inability to use Vigor pools), the result of which is being resleeved.

You never have to go infomorph: you can go straight from one morph into another. Going from one morph into infomorp (with Exotic Morphology 3) then into a new morph is going to be harder on most characters.
Also, I believe infomorphs can still have morph traits. Is this correct? If it is, you can have the oddity of an infomorph with Fitness...

Not exactly an infomorph but...
I did say “like an infomorph”; I do realize you’re not technically going through a Digimorph state or other, but essentially, you do become “data” and are injected into a new body, is all I was saying.
As for an infomorph with Fitness, I guess it’s technically possible but would only ever be useful when jamming a shell with puppet sock, I guess?
