Not a new edition, it is an English translation of the German version. The Posthuman chaps have supposedly been involved in trying to get it translated and released for a good few years now (At least since FanPro?). The copies that were at GenCon were early print rushed up from, I imagine, Texas so it might be a little while until we can get our grubby mits on them.
If you can read German I seem to remember hearing that the PDF was released for free to the net.

Cool Ive heard good things about it, however I don't read German. Does this mean they will be releasing all the supplements then?

If I remember correctly, they aren't really sure right now. If the game sells well it is something they are going to consider. So if you really like the game, make sure to sell it to friends/family/random people you meet on the street.
