It looks good, but some comments for your modeler: - The security guard in the ball-cap is teacupping his pistol. He should not do this, get some better reference photos from professional shooters. - Cant tell exactly, but it looks like the medic is practicing poor trigger discipline. Fine, it is an aesthetic choice to have her pointing the gun in the air instead of at the ground, but at least get her finger off of the trigger - Similarly, the guy with two guns - at least make sure the weapon he is not looking at isn't dangerous. Fine, point it that way stylistically, but make sure his finger is off the trigger - katana guy. I'm not sure how he is wearing that sheath, but wherever he has it, it is upside down. You wear a katana with the blade up.
