Looking for linked adventures for late Sept convention
Not sure how this is going to go, but I am looking for four, three-hour adventures for GenConOz (genconoz.com). I have one already and I will develop further into this adventure if the interest is there. I don't know yet how the con will go, but I believe some players would like to spend more time to develop characters along the same thread. Particularly if players have created their own characters prior to the con, and have invested time and passion. If you have thoughts, and want to share, then ping me. I would love to discuss - get a thread going - and/or collaborate. Caveat dictor: I can't pay cash or anything. I will award you street cred, high rep, and kudos - and give my unending gratitude. You have the chance to field test your adventure or idea at a national convention - in Australia. All original ideas remain yours, etc. In return, I will give you a blow by blow breakdown and share with the forum. Ping away

I don't suppose this will be an issue anymore since Gencon OZ has been cancelled.

Although GenConOz has been cancelled, there are tentative plans to organise a con in it's place for the same weekend. I will be attending CanCon in the early new year and/or other cons before and after. If you have any adventure ideas, Matthew or anyone else, I would be glad to hear them.

Ive written a couple of plot points, much like those that appear in the D&D DMG. Here are two of my more interesting concepts. 1. A pre-fall generation ship falls from "hyper-space" (or some technological equivilant, but beyond human tech levels) & is completely unmanned. What happened to the crew, where has the shup been & why did it stop responding to hails all those centuries ago? 2. A single Martian colonist returns to a camp 100 of miles from his own camp ravving about some sort of pyramid in an underground cavern. An local expiditon was sent to the nearest minning camp, from where the colonist hailed from only to find the entire town slaughtered. How did the killing at whats up with this underground pyramid.

Thanks for the ideas. Any thoughts to develop these further, or expand them and break them up into linked adventures? These are good. Immediately I can link these two with an idea, which I could discuss off-thread.

Each character awakes in a pod within a room of six pods. Each pod contains a copy of their current morph that is identical. They have no memory of their recent past and each has a single last memory before their death. Each persons pod room is separated from each other and the installation they are held within is shutting down/succumbing to environmental decay/abandoned etc. The characters have to band together to overcome the environment, TITANs?, Aliens, each other? Great way to introduce the system, concepts of identity and the general gist of the EP universe. I have their Muse offline initially until they fire up enough computers to get some sort of network going or access to a medtech bay to put their installed chips etc online. I have the game set on a planet that is through a Pandora Gate: if they manage to get through the Pandora Gate it could lead to a second session, maybe they die and are rebooted or whatever...
