Buying direct?

Buying direct?
I've personally been burned by Amazon thinking a book is there, only to suddenly cancel my order because they discover that a product is out of stock. Either that, or Amazon simply doesn't have any copies of a product that is supposed to have plenty of copies on the street. I've also had some tough experiences with gaming stores being oriented entirely around Warhammer 40k, D&D 4 and other big-name products, and never being able to get what I need from such stores. So, what is the most-direct way to buy the core book, the GM pack, and in the future, Sunward and Gatecrashing, now that we no longer have the Battleshop?

http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=eclips... Personally I always go with the PDF version of a game when it is low or out of stock. I don't mind eating the cost to have it printed at my local printing store if I need a hardcopy (and I'm still supporting the game in the best way that is currently available). I realize that this option isn't the best for such products as the GM screen, but for the books it is an option.

We aren't currently selling direct; we will through Sandstorm's web store when they have it up and running -- they have ambitious plans for it! There is no "best way" to buy our books; all of them offer different benefits and tradeoffs, both for you and us. If you have a local game store, please give them a call and ask them to bring in copies of our books for you if they don't already have them in stock. Amazon should be well-stocked on our books in the future; they've already ordered and re-ordered the core book reprint.

How about setting up a tipjar on the website for people who downloaded the .pdf in some other way but want to send money your way without having to purchase a copy of a file they already have?

Actually I would love a "Donate to the Project" link that I could donate money to. I already donate to Open Source projects that way, I can easily make room for EP as well.
