Burst Fire
Not to nitpick, but why the change in BF rules? In the quickstart BF deals double damage with concentrated fire while this is not the case in core rules. Has it been decided that burst fire is better handled by doubling damage? If this is the case, how is full auto now handled?

I've always assumed that the rules for BF in the Quick Start rules were simplified; the latest version of the main rulebook continues to have the "+1d10DV for BR and +1d10 + 10DV for FA" rules.

I think the reason the burst fire rules in the quick start doubles damage is that its just simplifying the fact you normally fire 2 bursts per one complex action. I cant remember if it mentions doing 2 rolls for burst fire in the quickstart, but it may be that.. Hmm, checked and nah its not, oh well
