This is a character creation question. How would you get an extra set of arms on a biomorph?
I want to create a character with four arms, like Amrita Shah, the sentinel in the supplement The Stars Our Destination.
So far I've only found Cyberlimb Plus (but at Maj/3 GP per extra limb it is a bit prohibitive) and the Manipulator Bot (cheaper but not really what I had in mind). I didn't see a Positive Morph trait option either.
Anything I missed?
Any ideas?

The game doesn't seem to list
The game doesn't seem to list extra arms as a ware. Look at the Arachnoid as an example. It does not list extra limbs. Maybe you could get away with having extra limbs cost nothing... so long as you don't abuse it.
An alternative. Shape adjusting ware does have something so maybe you can use that.

For determining the costs of
For determining the costs of morphs, I think the value of a pair of extra limbs was set to 1 (Minor). I'm guessing this didn't make it into the final trimmed down gear list. Since the Shapechanging mod also mentions a cost of 1, you may just ask your GM to let you purchase it for 1 MP.
The Cyberlimb Plus is still a good deal at 3 MP. The +1 Vigor is something that would have cost you 2 MP. You'll probably still want the +2 Vigor mod for 3 MP. For a peak combat character, you want a total of +5 Vigor. Cyberlimb Plus is the easiest way to get there (2 Cyberlimb Plus, Neurachem, Novacardium). The total cost of that is 11 MP, so it's not generally available (though some of this may come from GP).

Thank you for your input. I had missed this bit in the shapechange mod.
I'm making this character as a premade for a scenario (I'm always GM for Eclipse Phase in my group), so I'll rule it as 1 GP / MP for an extra pair of arms.

Do you know where you got this information from? It'd be pretty nice to know the guidelines Posthuman used to design morphs for when/if I try to design custom morphs.
It definitely would be nice if extra limbs were available as a ware/morph trait though.

What about pricing
What about pricing nonstandard limb plans, such as taking a spare limb (such as adding a prehensile tail to a critter biomorph), and giving that limb its own cyberbrain, cortical stack, mesh inserts, puppet sock, and the like? (If sticking with the snake-tail theme, then a set of cyberclaws and poison gland bioware seem apropos, and possibly enhanced hearing, smell, and vision...)

I think you already found the sheet I was looking at for morph prices while I was away, since you created an updated copy. I based the cost on the 3 sets of extra arms for the Neo-Octopus (to get to 8 arms). A price of 0 would also be reasonable (GM permitting), since I think you determined that the Novacrab and Arachnoid are not charged for their extra limbs.

It seems that extra *arms* cost 1 CP (per pair), whereas extra *legs* are free.
The only thing extra legs might affect is grappling, but that should probably be errata'd to only give a bonus per extra pair of arms and not legs.
