Is there anything about mission rewards yet?
Like, how much rez and rep to hand out.

I'm taking from the top of my head, but considering the costs and the things that can be made during "downtime" without spending rez, I'd say the same as in first edition, modified by the player's preference of improving rep through all means or only through rep (less "bookeeping" if it's only with rez, in which case you either hand out more rep or more rez). As for rep rewards, I'd say it will have to be dependant on the rez loses they can suffer, but again something like in 1st ed seems ok to me.
