TITAN Stalker debuff

The Stalker is a deadly TITAN machine who has an area of effect wich gives a penalty of -30 to every biomorph action. X-Risks sourcebook says they come in packs with atleast 2 of them. My question is: Does the debuff stack from the two stalkers giving -60 to every biomorph action? Thanks!

I'm not sure. I agree that it would be an extremely brutal debuff for two of them, but unlike the Shock trait it doesn't say it doesn't stack. I think it's just unclear, but would probably not run it stacking personally.
