How do you handel gnats and guardian angels in combat?
Should players spend a complexe action to move it around (if they dont want it to follow them blindly).
At what speed should they be moved during combat? "Walking" or "running"
Or would slow movment be a quick action and fast a complex one?

There's 3 modes AI driven
There's 3 modes AI driven shells use, in or out of combat. Autonomous, Direct Remote Control, and Jamming. Most of the rules for this can be found page 219 of Transhuman, but the rules for shell control in the core book can be useful as well.
In autonomous mode, the shell is operated by the AI, and acts according to its instructions. Commanding a shell AI to take a specific action is a quick action, even if you're commanding the AI to take a complex or task action. His can be given simple standing orders "protect these people, hover 50 meters up and watch for trouble", etc with a quick action. Very complex orders may be misinterpreted by the AI.
How fast a shell moves depends on what the operating AI wants to do, and more importantly, what its orders are. Either way, commanding it to move is a quick action (or something the AI does of its own accord). The AI expends a quick action to move at either a walking or running pace.
Excluding the nitty-gritty details of Direct Remote Control and Jamming, they generally require the same action to be used by the pilot of the shell as if they took it themselves.
The generic AI for bots is the Bot/Vehicle AI, which lacks combat skills. If you want a combat bot, there are a few weaponized AIs to choose from, but they're hard to get a hold of (Wobblycat and Vaettr AIs), but it should be easy to get a weapons package "patch" for, probably [Moderate], though there aren't explicit rules for this beyond the Plurality Package from Rimward. It's a gap in the rules for sure.

You can also give AIs
You can also give AIs skillsofts. You can get skillsoft for any active skill. See core rulebook, p. 332.
