How do you handle Swarmeniods increasing in size?
How do you handle Swarmeniods increasing in size? In the book, they can increase the size of their swarm to the point where they need two or more folks to operate said swarm. They dont get a cost for increasing it. My initial thought, is a fractional cost of the morph.

One Swarmanoid gets you 5000
One Swarmanoid gets you 5000 bugs. If you want more, they generally come in lots of 5000. This granularizes down to 4 credits per swarmanoid bug, and about 600 per point of DUR of the swarm. Skulkers and smart swarms 6 credits per bug, and 1000 credits per point of DUR.

I don't know where you are
I don't know where you are getting the idea that multiple egos are needed to run a large swarm. Could you give book and page number? I don't recall ever seeing a price to repair a swarm. They've only said that you can build new bots to replace damaged ones. Lets do the math then. Your average swarmanoid has 5000 bots and costs 20,000 credits. 20,000 / 5000 = 4. Therefore a single bot should cost 4 credits. Of course, swarmanoid variants exist so the cost to repair should be recalculated to reflect the price of the swarmanoid variant. As for how many bots are needed for repairs. 5000 bots / 30 dur = 166.666 or 167. 167 * 4 = 668. So 668 credits to replace 1 dur. Transhuman P. 212 under "Megaswarms" says that each increase of 2500 bots gives the swarm 15 dur and allows it to run another ego. If you increase the swarm size too much, you make it an easier target. Every time you increase the size of the swarm by 5000 bots (double, triple, etc its size), you gain a +10 bonus to hit it with a weapon.
