Eclipse Phase for Celestia it's finally here

Well, at least the first part :-) At this link: http://1drv.ms/1NxwgnI You will find everything you need to add the habitats of the main belt, a Post Fall Earth and the Venusian Rotovator. There is a list of the original authors of the 3d models, I only modified their meshes. You can also find Celestia for Windows (it's freeware) and Celestia powerup. This zip contains all the celestiamotherlode mods I usually use. The celestia_model_update is mandatory and contains the updated models of asteroids and moons. Some EP data will not work without an update to the models of Celestia. All the original models and data come from here: http://www.celestiamotherlode.net/ and here: http://www.solcommand.com/ Very soon I will add Jupiter and its moons. WOO! I've installed everything and (I believe?) followed the instructions, but alas it looks like models for stuff like Legba aren't showing up. I'll continue digging with the Celestia documentation, but it definitely looks like there's a ton of good stuff here. Thank you!

Wow, I already have to make a patch :-D Sorry, I uploaded an incomplete Eclipse_Phase.zip. I'm uploading the right one. You didn't see some models because they were not there :-) Ep directories Extras, Data, Models and Textures have to be copied in the Celestia main directory. Ciao

Jupiter update

Ciao At the same link, you will find a file zip with the update for Jupiter moons. This time it's necessary to overwrite minormoons.ssc and numberedmoons.scc that you can find in the data directory, otherwise Carme Compact, Carpo and other minor moons will not be displayed correctly. Next update: Mars! :-)

Big Update

Ciao I've finisched Mars surface, Olympus space elevator, Mars' orbit and Jupiter. I remade many models (like Starwell and O'nel cylinder, for example) but I'm not happy with the results. I have to follow the info on Panopticon and make better models. Sorry but I'm still improving with 3D modelling. The descriptions on Rimward and Sunward are very cool and well made but it's hard to imagine and draw habitats like McLintock or Liberty Station (and I avoid Locus on purpose :-D). What I have in my mind for Zombieland, for example, could ebe completely different from another player of EP. I will do my best and I will make a major update for the beginning of 2016. Bumping

Bumping because this is an amazing resource and to hopefully get an update on any progress. Also because I'm having trouble getting the Eclipse_Phase.zip files to function, despite following the modding instructions to the letter and then trying it every other which way. Post-Fall earth looks fine, the Venusian rotovator shows up and belt and Jovian locations are good, but Mars, Luna, Titan etc are all still the same.
